- Fingerprint, PIN code, Bluetooth key, or RFID. The Smart Mortise 2+ offers fingerprint authentication, PIN codes, Bluetooth keys, and RFID tags and stickers, integrated with a handle for a one-stop solution on any door.
- High-speed fingerprint reader. A 2D capacitive-contact sensor with 508 DPI spatial resolution captures up to 2 megapixels per second and recognizes over 3.5 million finger placements, storing up to 100 fingerprints.
- Works offline with algoPIN. The Mortise 2+ works offline for enhanced reliability and security, and its algoPIN technology grants PIN code access without needing an extra app or a WiFi connection.
- Grant and track access remotely. Choose permanent, duration, one-time or recurring PIN codes and Bluetooth keys from the igloohome app, sync with Airbnb calendars for automatic guest codes, and review activity logs of who unlocked the door and when.
- Masking security code and security lockout. Enter random digits before your real PIN to throw off onlookers, and access is disabled after several incorrect entries.
- Auto relock, passage mode and volume control. The Mortise 2+ relocks automatically once the door is shut, passage mode turns auto relock off for easier access, and volume is adjustable to suit your preferences.
- Tamper, intrusion and fire alarms. An alarm sounds if the lock is pried from the door or forced open while the bolt is still locked, and the lock unlocks automatically if it detects high temperature, 70 plus or minus 5 degrees Celsius and above, from inside.
- Key override and emergency jumpstart. Physical keys back up the lock if power runs out, and a 9V battery jumpstarts the Mortise 2+ as an emergency measure.
- Up to 18 months on 8 AA batteries. 8 AA alkaline batteries power the Mortise 2+ for up to 18 months, and the lock is IP64 certified against light rain and dust.
